Revised Refund Policy and Terms for Study Abroad Programs

At Ryravel, we are committed to providing exceptional study abroad experiences. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances, such as visa denials, may arise. Our refund policy for study abroad programs is designed to be clear and fair while taking into account the extensive planning and coordination required. Below are the detailed terms:

Study Abroad Programs

• Visa Denial Refund Policy:
• In the unfortunate event of a visa denial, Ryravel guarantees a 100% refund of the tuition fees directly from the school. Please note that this refund only applies to the tuition fees paid to the educational institution.
• Fees paid to the embassy (such as visa application fees) are non-refundable, as these are beyond our control.
• Processing fees charged by Ryravel for the arrangement and coordination of the study abroad program are also non-refundable due to the extensive planning and resources involved in preparing your application and ensuring a seamless process.
• Processing Fees:
• The processing fees cover services such as application preparation, document review, and consultation. These fees are essential to maintain our high standards and support our dedicated team of visa experts.
• Our Commitment to Success:
• We pride ourselves on our strong track record of successful visa applications. Our visa experts put in a tremendous amount of work to maximize the chances of approval. While we cannot guarantee visa approval, our thorough preparation and expertise significantly reduce the likelihood of denial.
• General Refund Policy:
• Payments made for study abroad programs are generally non-refundable. However, if a cancellation is made more than 60 days before the program start date, a partial refund of 30% of the program fees (excluding processing fees) will be issued.

• Processing Time:
• Please allow up to 30 days for the processing of any refunds. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.
• Cancellation Requests:
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service department at [email protected]. Please include your booking reference number and the reason for cancellation.
• Documentation:
• Ryravel reserves the right to request additional documentation to support your refund request. This may include proof of visa denial or any relevant communication with third-party providers (e.g., embassies, educational institutions).
